Improving lives, maximizing taxpayer dollars with dual-use space capabilities
The U.S. Forest Service presented an award to Air Force Space Command April 26, 2019, at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. in recognition of the command’s contributions to fighting wildfires in California in November 2018 by providing fused remote sensing data to the USFS regional firefighting operations center.
